All items sold are original and authentic pieces made before the wars end in 1918 or 1945, unless otherwise expressly stated in the listing. We offer a money back guarantee if you have been sold something deemed to be post 1945 manufacture. Items that do not fall under this provision are items expressly listed as post War. We go to a great deal of effort to ensure we do not make a mistake, if you have a concern about anything on our site we are happy to address this. Returns : We have an inspection period of 3 Days – the three days begins from when the tracking says delivered, the item (s) must be returned with tracked postage and labeled as returned goods. The item (s) must not be damaged or messed with in any way and need to be returned in the same condition.
Postage
Item(s) will be sent as soon as the payment is sent and the order is processed. We have a processing time of between 3 to 5 working days before the item is posted.
Adler Militaria uses only tracked and insured Post only.
We have two storages one in Europe and one in the United States of America.
Layaway
We do offer a ‘Layaway’ plan, if you’r thinking of purchasing on a layaway plan then please contact us. We do not mind to work with the collector community as well as museums and archives. Best reach out to us via email and we will get back to you.
